The studio
Noble Art is the Valencia outpost of an international network with studios in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Málaga, Zurich, New York, Miami and Montreal. It is on Avinguda del Regne de València, at street level and a step from Russafa, in a space that looks more like a clinic than a tattoo studio: large, brightly lit, and clean enough that it shows up in practically every review.
The approach is not that of the neighborhood shop: one specialist per style. You are not tattooed by whoever happens to be free, but by whoever owns the thing you are after. It shows most in micro-realism and fine line, where the reviews are strongest, and in realism. They also have an in-house piercing team.
There is a free initial consultation, so you can go in and put the idea forward with no obligation before booking anything. They share protocols with the other international branches, follow up on healing, and also offer laser removal and a training academy their students rate highly.
In exchange, it is one of the most expensive studios on the list, and the most in-demand artists are weeks out. If price is your main criterion there are better options in this guide; if you want micro-realism at international level, there are few.

Noble Art Valencia is at Avinguda del Regne de València, 8 (Russafa, L'Eixample).
Tap your starting point and it opens the route by metro, tram, bus or Cercanías with today's times. It works the same from the city as from the towns around it.
Google works out the lines and times live, so nothing here goes out of date. If you're driving, bear in mind that much of Valencia is a low-emission zone.
